Pregavit
Pregabalin 75mg / Vitamin B12 1mg
Pregabalin is an anti-epileptics. It is a gamma-aminobutyric acid analogue [(S)-3- (aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid]. Pregabalin binds to an auxiliary subunit (α2-δ protein) of voltage-gated calcium channels inthe central nervous system.
Vitamin B12 activates the biosynthesis of methionine, thymidine, protoporphyrin in the organism and plays a role in the nucleoprotein and hemoglobin production and provides erythropoiesis. With these effects, Vitamin B12 rapidly heals pernicious anemia. Because of its role in the synthesis of nucleoproteins and its activity in lipid metabolism, vitamin B12, a very important part of neuronal functions and regeneration of the myelin layer, has been used successfully in neuropathies. At high doses, B12 is used in neurological indications such as sciatica and trigeminus neuropathy.
